Hours of operation

The arena's ice pads are both 56 metres by 30 metres (185 feet by 85 feet), with end-zone score boards and nine dressing rooms. There is seating capacity for 300 people on the east rink, and up to 399 on the west rink.
The facility has a community room with a stage and kitchen area, an upper viewing lounge overlooking the ice surfaces, bar and catering services, and meeting rooms. It is also home to a branch of the Waterloo Public Library.
