Indoor track at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. & 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. - Open for general use at no charge
Swim drop-in programs at the Swimplex
- 6:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. - Lane swim
- 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. - Tethered waterfit
- 8:05 a.m. to 8:50 a.m. - Shallow waterfit
- 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. - Kick box waterfit

Events at the Waterloo Public Square
- 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Sport try-it demonstration (at the square and in the First United Church gym from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Skate drop-in programs
- 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. - Public skating, Rink in the Waterloo Public Square
- 11 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. - Parent and child skate, Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex
