Waterloo Park is the premier park in the City of Waterloo. Often called the "jewel of the city", Waterloo Park boasts 45 hectares (111 acres) of prime parkland, with a multitude of active and passive uses.
The Lions Lagoon splash pad will be closed on Monday, June 29, 2015 for maintenance work. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The main entrance to Waterloo Park is off Young Street West, in Waterloo. You can also drive into the park from Westmount Road North, between Father David Bauer Drive and University Avenue West, and from Seagram Drive.
Hours of operation
Waterloo Park is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Our park office is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Washrooms inside Waterloo Park are locked at 10 p.m. daily.
