The hours of operation at the Visitor and Heritage Information Centre change throughout the year:
- January, February and March - Closed
- April to May - Tuesdays to Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- June, July and August - Mondays to Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- September to December - Tuesdays to Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
