Nowruz

Today, over 300 million people around the world and here in Waterloo will be celebrating Nowruz, the beginning of Spring and the start of a new year.

This celebration has origins in the Middle East, Central Asia, Bahá’í and Ismaili communities and is a time filled with hope, joy and optimism.
