Informal public meeting - official plan amendment for the Erbsville South area of Waterloo
The City of Waterloo has initiated an official plan amendment for the Erbsville South area of Waterloo. The city-initiated amendment would incorporate the Erbsville South Block Plan into the city’s official plan. The Erbsville South Block Plan provides direction for how development and environmental protection will occur for the Erbsville South area. The Block Plan includes land use policies for permitted lands uses, environmental protection, open space and parks, transportation, active transportation connections (walking and cycling) and requirements for high quality design for development.
