New development approved for uptown

Council has approved a zoning by-law amendment that would facilitate a new 22 storey mixed use building in uptown that will provide additional housing units and commercial space in the city’s core. As part of the development at Peppler, Dupont and Erb, an existing heritage house will be retained.

The new building could consist of commercial space, 234 residential units and 163 parking spaces.
