Occupancy tracking for 2022 student move in
Posted On Monday August 08, 2022
Each year we track the occupancy status of new buildings in the student community. Note that City of Waterloo staff do not control the pace of construction and can only grant occupancy status when a building complies with all applicable regulations.
Occupancy status will be updated as often as possible in the lead up to student move in. Check back to this page for updates.

Note: city staff can only confirm if a unit has occupancy or it does not. City staff cannot project when the Ontario Building Code occupancy requirement will be met. Please contact the builder directly for that information. Projected occupancy in the table below is as advised by site personnel at each site.
