City of Waterloo Museum at Conestoga Mall

CLOSED for the Instillation of the newest exhibit, At Home; Residential Architecture in Waterloo. The museum will reopen June 5.

Power Off and Play! Challenge

On Friday, June 1, we challenge your family to go screen-free for the day. Take the family pledge to go screen-free on June 1, 2018 (deadline to take the pledge is Thursday, May 31). Enter your family for a chance to win a prize. One entry per family.

Parent/Child skate, 9:30-10:50 a.m.

Swimming at the Swimplex

Kidsplash at Swimplex, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. One parent and one child 6 years and under. Tot and swirlpool areas available.
Public swim at Swimplex, 1 - 3 p.m. and 7:05 - 9 p.m. Full pool open including waterslide, diving boards and swirlpool.

Youth Courses - Register with ActiveWaterloo

Focus on Nature Workshop: For ages 8-16. A great opportunity for young photographers to develop their skills while exploring the natural beauty Waterloo Park. WMRC, 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.

WAITLIST Home Alone Safety: For ages 9-12. Gain the confidence and skills to stay at home alone successfully. 

WAITLIST Red Cross Babysitting: For ages 11-14.  Learn basic first aid skills and how to babysit others in safe and responsible manner.
