Area bounded on the west by the centre line of Roy Schmidt Road and Beaver Creek Road, on the north by the city boundary (Benjamin Road), on the east by the centre line of the Conestoga Parkway (Highway 86), and on the south by a line projected from the Conestoga Parkway to the centre line of Belcan Place, Weber Street North, Albert Street and Bearinger Road, including the lands contained within Registered Plan 1418 and 1653 and the centre line of Laurelwood Drive. | |
