Find our fill station

The City of Waterloo provides a non-potable bulk water service which allows customers to obtain large quantities of non-potable water for uses such as landscaping and construction. This service is located at the Service Centre, 265 Lexington Court (Next to 146 Dearborn Pl entrance) 

Please be advised that the water is from a well and may contain some sediment material. We are actively working on reducing this.

Operating hours

  • station is open 24/hr a day, 7 days a week

Before you visit

We require first-time customers to join our non-potable bulk water truck fill program and set up a secure account with a PIN, before visiting. If you are an existing customer, your profile is already set up, but you will need to create a password.

Once your online customer account is active, you will have access to:

  • pay online
  • manage your account
  • monitor your payment history
  • track your non-potable bulk water usage

Fees

  • the 2025 rate is $2.48 per cubic meter (1 cubic meter = 1,000 litres) plus a 15% admin fee
  • the rate is reviewed yearly and approved by council

How to pay

To pay you can use your online account or on site when you visit

  • your online account will be automatically charged based on the volume of water drawn
  • you can deposit more funds to your account at any time
  • unused funds will be automatically transferred to the next year
  • an online processing fee of 1.70% of your total payment will apply to your total fee
  • you can pay online using Debit, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
