The City of Waterloo Museum is open Tuesday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Please note between December 21 and January 5, we will be open December 27, 28 and 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.   

Admission is always free. 

You can find us at 550 King Street North in Conestoga Mall. The museum entrance is located to the left of the food court mall entrance.

Public Transit to Conestoga station

Situated along King Street North, Conestoga station is the northern-most station along the ION route.

Bus connections

  • Connections to bus routes 201, 202, 6, 7, 9, 14, 21, 29, 31.
  • Use Route 21 to connect to St. Jacobs Farmer's Market, village of St. Jacobs and Elmira.
  • Take the steps or ramp to the lower level to connect to buses.
