The City of Waterloo Museum is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is always free.
Special seasonal hours: We're open Saturdays in July and August. During the December 21 to January 5 school break we're open December 27 to 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Find us at Conestoga Mall
Find us in Conestoga Mall, at 550 King Street North. Our entrance is left of the food court mall entrance. There is lots of free parking at the mall.
Getting here by public transit
We’re next to Conestoga Station, the last stop on the ION LRT line along King Street North.
Bus connections:
- Routes 201, 202, 6, 7, 9, 14, 21, 29, 31
- Route 21 connects to St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market, the Village of St. Jacobs, and Elmira
- take the steps or ramp to the lower level to connect to buses
