City Council
City Council includes the Mayor and 7 ward councillors. Together, they make decisions that shape city programs, services and the community’s future.

Code of conduct and councillor expenses
Council members follow a code of conduct (PDF) that outlines how they act during meetings, use their influence, protect confidential information and interact with the community.
Each year, we publish a statement showing councillor salaries and expenses as required by the Municipal Act. These reports are released by March 31 and include the previous year’s information.
