City Hall

City Hall is in the Waterloo City Centre building, which is home to many of our administrative offices as well as some tenants.

It is also home to the UpTown Waterloo Business Improvement Area and the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre. 

Location

City Hall is at 100 Regina St. S., in Waterloo. It is near the intersection of William Street East and Regina Street South. The phone number at City Hall is 519-886-1550. 

Hours of operation

City Hall is open Mondays to Fridays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., with department hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., as well as at other times for meetings and events. Visit our holiday calendar for information about closures during public and recognized holidays. 

Amenities

Limited two-hour free parking is available in the lot behind City Hall for visitors to use.
