Museum and collections strategy
The City of Waterloo has engaged TCI Management Consultants with Reich + Petch Design International to undertake the development of the museum and collections strategy.
The purpose of the strategy is to develop a long term vision and mission for the museum and its collections. The goal is to develop a strategy that fits with the city's special innovation-driven model to address the future needs and community expectations for telling, and continuing, the Waterloo story.
