The City of Waterloo's culture plan guides local cultural development so that all residents and visitors can experience, engage, explore and celebrate arts and culture year-round. The city's role is to act as a catalyst for arts and culture by working closely with culture workers, organizations, regional stakeholders and residents to facilitate a lively and rich urban experience that allows creative pursuits to thrive.
