Getting here

Find the Visitor Information Centre in the former train station at 10 Father David Bauer Drive:


Check hours

The Visitor Information Centre is open seasonally:

  • May to August – open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • September 4 to October 15 – open Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Book the space

You can book the Visitor Information Centre for private rentals. The space works well for arts-focused non-profit groups that need room for meetings, workshops or creative programs.

To ask about booking, email cultureplan@waterloo.ca with your date, time and group details.
