Serving on a City of Waterloo committee of council is one of the ways you can get involved and make a difference in your community.

City of Waterloo mid-term committee recruitment

The council of the Corporation of the City of Waterloo invites members of the public who reside, own property, own a business, work in the City of Waterloo or attend a Waterloo campus of a post-secondary institution to apply for council boards and committees for a term ending Nov. 30, 2018*.

Recruitment for committees generally happens in the Fall of the end of term.  Occasional mid-term recruitment happens in the fall on off years when there is a need.
