Register for overnight parking
You can park overnight in Waterloo up to 15 times per year, but must register each time.
Register by 2:15 a.m.
The overnight parking app will not accept registrations after 2:15 a.m.
Unregistered vehicles parked between 2:30 and 6 a.m. may be ticketed.

Find where you can park
You can park in any legal street parking spot, or in these uptown lots:
- Station Lot (free)
- Waterloo Town Square North Lot (free)
- Waterloo Town Square South Lot (free)
No overnight parking
Even if you register, you can’t park overnight:
- during a snow event
- in illegal spots such as in front of fire hydrants or at bus stops
- in any other city lots not listed above
