Connect with your neighbourhood association

Neighbourhood associations are resident-led groups that work with the City of Waterloo to help neighbours connect, plan events and build community.

Affiliated associations have a formal partnership with the city.

This means they:

  • can use city facilities, insurance and support for their programs and events
  • receive guidance from city staff on grants and community projects

Find your home association

Home associations are resident groups that manage shared spaces such as pools, tennis courts or clubhouses, within a housing development.

These groups often organize social activities and help neighbours stay connected.

If your area has a home association and it’s not listed here, email neighbourhoods@waterloo.ca to have it added.

Explore neighbourhood groups

Neighbourhood groups bring people together to organize neighbourhood activities and have fun close to home.
