Use the map to find out if your building or neighbourhood has activities run by neighbours for older adults.

Communities with many older adult residents are called Naturally Occurring Retirement communities (NORCs).

• if it’s a building or neighbourhood with many older adults (NORC)
• if there are activities and support available
