2020 to 2022 budget information
The 2020 to 2022 budget was a three year budget cycle. The annual average property tax increase was 3.3% which had an average increase of $87.77 per household.
The annual average City of Waterloo and Regional utilities rate increase was 4.2% which had an average increase of $43.71 per household.

Investments from our 2020 to 2022 budget include:
