Available equipment includes pop-up tents, tables, sports items, first aid kits, large lawn games, and more. For more information on available equipment and to reserve items for your event, reach out to neighbourhoods@waterloo.ca.
Call for interested businesses
The neighbourhoods team is committed to making it easier for neighbours to plan and host community events. To support this goal, we are developing a list of businesses that offer event equipment rentals. This list will be a valuable tool to help neighbours find the equipment they need.
If your business operates in Waterloo, has required insurance and licenses, and is open to renting to neighbours and neighbourhood groups, consider reaching out to neighbourhoods@waterloo.ca to be included on the list. This list will be shared with neighbours that are planning events.
