  • do not pay the ticket if you're requesting a review
  • no late fees will be added while you wait
  • wait times can be up to 16 weeks
  • you will get a confirmation email when you submit your request

You will receive the decision by email, mail or in person.

Request a hearing

If you disagree with the screening decision, you can request a hearing. You must request a hearing within 30 days of receiving your screening decision.

Important hearing info:

  • hearings can be in person or online
  • hearing officers are independent, third-party arbitrators
  • hearings happen once a month
  • if you miss your hearing, we will charge you a fee
  • hearing decisions are final

If you are not disputing a ticket, you must submit a Freedom of Information Request to access city documents.
