Requested time: 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12th (rain date August 13th)

Requested noise: amplified sounds coming from speakers for the movie

Feedback deadline: July 27, 2026

Find 15 Post Horn Place on Google Maps

Requested time: 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Requested noise: General talking, live music, and amplified recorded music 

Feedback deadline: July 31, 2026

Find 45F Amos Ave on Google Maps

Requested time: 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18

Requested noise: amplified sounds will be played through a speaker for an outdoor movie

We post all noise exemption applications that are approved.

Find 325 Northfield Drive East on Google Maps

Requested time: 7 a.m.. - 3 a.m. (the following day) Monday- Sunday starting Monday June 29th

Requested noise: Concrete trucks, pouring concrete slabs and equipment to finish floors

 

Find Ira Needles Blvd between Erb St. West and University Ave. West on Google Maps

Requested time: 9 p.m. - 6 a.m. Mon- Friday starting July 15th

Requested noise: Construction equipment and trucks during day and night shifts

 

Find 45 F Amos Avenue on Google Maps

Requested time: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026

Requested noise: amplified sound for music, announcements, and performances. 

 

Find 81 Seagram Drive on Google Maps

Requested time: 10 a.m. - 11 p.m. on Friday, July 30th

Requested noise: large crowd amplified sound (PA system and speeches + a DJ )

Standard operating times: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays

Approved times7:00 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Note: equipment set up may occur prior to 7:00 a.m., however work is not permitted to start until after 7:00 a.m.

Approved noise: Construction equipment and trucks

Note: The entire project runs until March 2028. Noise exemption eligibility is reexamined every 6 months. 

 

Find 535 Quiet Place on Google Maps 

Approved times: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays

Note: equipment set up may occur prior to 10:00 a.m., however work is not permitted to start until after 10:00 a.m.

Approved noise: Construction equipment and trucks

Note: The entire project runs until March 2028. Noise exemption eligibility is reexamined every 6 months.
