Service Centre
Visit the Waterloo Service Centre to pay bills, buy garbage tags or water meters, and get permits in person.

Location and hours
The service centre is located at 265 Lexington Court.
The service counter, inside the main entrance, is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Parking and transit
Visitor parking is free.
The closest Grand River Transit (GRT) bus stops are on Lexington Road (600 to 700m away).

- apply and pay for park access permits
We accept payment cash, debit and cheque – payable to the City of Waterloo.
