Condominiums and subdivisions

Under the Planning Act, the Region of Waterloo is the approval authority for plans of condominium and subdivision. Comments from the city are required before a decision is made. Visit the region's website for application details.

Draft plans of subdivions and condominium conversion applications are considered by council. All other condominium applications are evaluated by the Director of Planning on behalf of council.
