- you don't need to live in Waterloo to apply
Apply for an inclusion membership
Fill out the online form to apply for an inclusion membership. A membership is required to receive support from inclusion staff.
What to expect:
- the form takes about 10 to 15 minutes
- we keep your information private and only share it with staff who support you
- staff follow up within 2 weeks
