- 4.3 laps on the inside lane = 1 km
- 4.2 laps of the first middle lane = 1 km
- 4 laps of the second middle lane = 1 km
- 3.9 laps of the outside lane = 1 km

Snow event declared
The City of Waterloo has extended the snow event and street parking ban until 12 p.m. (noon) Saturday, January 17, 2026.
Vehicles parked on the street may be ticketed or towed. Removing cars from the streets helps us with snow removal.
Overnight parking exemptions are not permitted.
A significant weather event and parking ban is in effect. Please use caution when travelling. Learn more.
Exercise year-round at walking and running tracks at Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex (WMRC) and the walking loop at RIM Park Manulife Sportsplex and Healthy Living Centre.
There is no fee and you don't need to register.
