Moses Springer Community Centre

Moses Springer Community Centre at 150 Lincoln Road is only open for pre-booked ice activities and facility rentals. 

The outdoor pool opens June 13 for weekends only. It will be open every day starting June 27.

Visit Moses Springer outdoor pool

Moses Springer outdoor pool is open:

  • weekends – from June 13 to 27 and September 12 to 13
  • everyday – from June 28 to September 6

Lockers are available in each change room. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Swimming lessons at Moses Springer

Moses Springer outdoor pool has:

  • 8 lanes, 50 metres long
  • shallow end – 3 feet deep
  • 2 waterslides
  • ramp and stairs leading into the shallow end
  • 2 change rooms
  • shaded seating area
  • picnic tables

Accessibility features:

  • water wheelchair – supports up to 250 pounds
  • ramp entry into the main pool

Trail access

The Laurel Trail runs through the Moses Springer Community Centre grounds:

  • go west to uptown Waterloo
  • go east to Hillside Park and the Forwell Trail in north Waterloo

  • water wheelchair – supports up to 250 pounds
  • ramp entry into the pool
  • wheelchair skates can be brought over from another facility – contact staff at 519-885-4530 in advance
  • sensory backpacks

Get translation and interpretation support

Contact us at 519-885-4530 before your visit if you need language or communication support. For appointments or more detailed services, we can arrange an interpreter at no cost. Availability is limited while we transition to a new service.
