Public swims

Register for public swims online, including Kidsplash, Swirlpool and Parent & Tot.


Lane swims

You must be at least 14 years old to attend a lane swim.

Choose a lane based on your swimming ability and the stroke you are performing. Staff may move swimmers to different lanes, depending on abilities.


Waterfit

You must be at least 14 years old to attend a lane swim. 

Shallow waterfit:

  • full body work out including cardio and muscle strengthening
  • no equipment required

Deep waterfit:

  • full body work out including cardio and muscle strengthening
  • you must wear a waterbelt – staff will provide

How to register

Go to the ActiveWaterloo website. You’ll need an account to register.

  1. Sign in or create ActiveWaterloo account.
  2. Open the public swim, lane swim or waterfit calendars.
  3. Choose a time and check availability.
  4. Register and pay online with credit card, Visa debit or Mastercard debit.
  5. Join the waitlist if the program is full.
