City of Waterloo offers interpretation services in over 240 languagesOn-demand interpretation services are now available throughout City of Waterloo facilities, in over 240 languages including American Sign Language (ASL), Quebec Sign Language, Cree and Ojibwe.
Through the use of a live video interpreter, residents will have the option to use their preferred language when engaging with the city.

The program supports Waterloo residents who are 65 years and older, as well as persons with physical disabilities.
