Find the fill station

The non-potable bulk water station is at the Waterloo Service Centre, 265 Lexington Court – next to the 146 Dearborn Place entrance.

The water comes from a well source and may contain sediment – we are working to reduce this.

Use the fill station

The station has side-fill and top-fill capabilities with 2.5 inch threaded connections.

Adapters and hoses are not provided.

Set up your account

Before your first visit, you must set up a bulk water account and get a secure PIN. Returning users can log in and create a password.

Once your account is active, you can:

  • pay online
  • manage your account and view your payment history
  • track your water use

Fees

The bulk water fee is the same as the current water rate found on the Check water rates page. Rates are reviewed annually by Council and may change.

1 cubic metre = 1,000 litres, or about 264 gallons.

A 15% administration fee applied to each purchase.
