Apply for a sewer rebate
Get a rebate if your property uses water that does not enter the city sewer system, such as water used in production.

Check if you can apply
You may qualify if your property:
- industrial, commercial, institutional or high-density residential
- using water that does not enter the city’s sanitary sewer system
Water used for lawn watering or swimming pools is not eligible.
Apply online
Apply by April 1 to receive a rebate for the previous year’s sewer charges.
Applications will be available again next season.
You will need:
- details about how water is used on your property or business
- water use data from the previous year
- your water or sewer account number
- supporting documents, including certification from a professional engineer
