Report a problem with a city storm drain, catch basin or maintenance hole, such as blockage, flooding or damage.
If an animal or something valuable falls into a storm drain call 519-886-2310.

Use the form Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to report:
- damage or sinking around a storm drain
- blocked or clogged drains
Include the location and upload photos if you can.

If something falls into a storm drain
Do not try to lift the cover or enter the drain. Sewer covers are heavy and can be dangerous.
Only trained city staff can remove covers or enter storm drains. We use special tools to retrieve valuable items and rescue wildlife, such as ducks.
The city cannot retrieve small or low-value items such as toys or balls.
