Recreation facilities will reopen in a controlled, gradual manner to provide recreation services and programs to support city-affiliated organizations and summer camps only.
Waterloo Fire Rescue closes temporary stationAs the City of Waterloo and province moves into the reopening and recovery phase, the temporary fire station at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex (WMRC) is no longer required.
“We are maintaining enhanced measures at Station One that support required physical distancing, so we no longer need the temporary site at WMRC,” said Chief Richard Hepditch.
