The Waterloo Park West Dog Park is 1,670 square metres in size, has one fully fenced area, and is open daily from sunrise to sunset.
  • City of Waterloo awarded up to $14.8 million for infrastructure to support over 4,500 new homes The City of Waterloo has been awarded up to $14.8 million in funding towards the Beaver Creek Road and Conservation Drive reconstruction project through various provincial funding grant streams.
  • Ontario Rewards Kitchener and Waterloo with nearly $16.7 Million through the Building Faster Fund WATERLOO REGION — The Ontario government is awarding a combined total of nearly $16.7 million to the cities of Kitchener and Waterloo through the second round of the Building Faster Fund, which provides funding to municipalities that achieve at least 80 per cent of their provincially designated housing targets.
  • Temporary road closures for move-in weekend The City of Waterloo extends a warm and neighbourly welcome to all the new and returning students at Conestoga College, University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University. Students will be moving in beginning August 29 and through the long weekend.
